Love it. This foam really makes specialized home brew tool boxes look professional and adds functionality. The only tools you will forget in the field are the ones not having a home in this Kaizen foam. Also highly recommended for specialized factory workstations. Honestly this stuff does improve manufacturing workstation throughput when that operation only has x-amount of tools specific for that station’s operation, and ONLY those tools are present in the Kaizen foam. People will not only identify the tool quicker, but build muscle memory for the operation. ( use calibrated torque controlled tools wherever possible) I highly recommend for any “clean” tools & environment. Meaning, I don’t think I’ll use it for greasy tools used for wrenching on the car, or dusty wood-shop tools. Electronics lab = 100% yes when the metal tool box has an ESD 1MegOhm grounding wire, and you are wearing an ESD ground strap as well.

Absolutely loved this item. Easily cut to the shapes of the tools that I was needing it for and cutting it down to fit inside a Milwaukee packout tray was simple enough. I did have to get a little creative when it came time to cut out the holes for the 1/4” hex bits that were going in it also. An exacto knife set was too big and a regular utility knife way too large. A simple tap with a warm soldering iron was enough for those smaller hex bits to form fit into the foam.

Bought this to hold mics in my rack car for by audio gear. It doesn't fit length or width, but cutting and using it in pieces works great. Didn't peel well after cutting. But still did the job

Nicely made. Cuts well with any razor knife. Layers are a little hard to separate when you get into small cutouts. Overall a great buy.

Did a great job and was super easy to cut and for with a razor knife. Used it to organize Milwaukee power tools on a shelf in my work van.

Quality product on time delivery

This stuff is impossible to peel. It does not peel evenly, although I have now purchased this and their thinner version (thinking thinner would be easier) and they are both the same. It’s not a terrible product. Colors are great but if you want something that will peel more consistently, then you’ll spend a bit more. This stuff is half decent for the price. Can’t complain too much.

We got many of these orders. My husband is a heavy diesel mechanic so he used them for his toolbox and pack out system. But we had one left over so we used it for a makeshift window sealer so we could put a portable AC unit in our RV with our weird windows. It worked amazing because we were able to cut slits around the edges and a hole for the vent to go out of. For the toolbox, the set up took a while but it was worth it because now he looks in a drawer and knows exactly what is missing because of the red center.
