A Special Keepsake For Special Memories
This 'Paperblanks Ultra Aubergine Journal Lined' (as advertised) with embossed silver detail can be used as a notebook, a project book, or a diary (and the fact that it is date free is a bonus for those who don't want to write entries one on a daily basis). The feel is solid and (for a notebook) heavy and looks and feels luxurious; which is why is costs that much more than other inferior products of its type. The aubergine (read purple) has depth, yet is vibrant. One problem though, deciding what purpose to use this beautiful book for (as it is far too special to write shopping lists or writing down odds and sods). Hmmm...💜

The cover colours are lovely. Give the book a feeling of mystery and opulence. Looks like an antique silver which lends a look of the weight of ages. The metal clasps are sturdy and add to the book's allure. The page edges, when the book is closed, unite in a display that is sepia in colour with a pattern which also add to the look of 'age'. The lined pages are of good quality and the pocket at the back is sturdy card. This is a book for book lovers. It's a treasure in itself. Not for the mundane , but for your own treasures to be recorded there. This is a beautiful book. This is a keepsake book. This is worth the money spent for yourself or for someone special to you.

Beautiful, however...
Beautiful book/journal lovely colour & larger than I thought. However there is a slight dent on the top right corner. I can live with it but would have preferred perfect.

Beautiful Journal
This is a beautiful journal. Yes, it is expensive - but I think it is worth it. I have several now - in blue & purple. They are superior in quality - thick pages and a lovely cover. You will not be disappointed.
