Q: The last photo shows the temp rating to be 125c. the description says 150c. are you going to assure me it's 150c? do you have a specification sheet?

Don't know about temp. , But this is super stiff and will not slide up the wire. Used it on a single 14ga wire. after fighting with until I called it every name I could think of, I threw it away.

Q: Will it keep dogs from chewing cords

It will definitely help compared to bare wires, but sharp teeth may still puncture the material.

Q: Can I wrap engine windshield wiper water sprayer tube to keep mice from chewing it?

This wrap will definitely help but given how persistent mice can be it's not a guarantee. You could try the wrap for a while and if that doesn't work you might need to find some metal mesh wrap instead.

Q: Can this be used for outside to protect wires in all weather conditions?

The material is suitable for heat and abrasion, but it is not waterproof. So it really depends on your specific application and needs.
