Quality Pens
These are a 4.5 - big fan. I love the feel of these pens, the pastel colors are perfect. They write super smooth. I wouldn't say it's smear resistant but it does dry fairly quickly. There is slight smudging when I highlight over it. Overall, I would highly recommend these.
