I don’t like this pillow at all the extra shape bit on top is so uncomfortable probably ok for someone with a long neck if I don’t put the strap on it rides up and covers my ears and if I do put it on it squashes my cheeks would not recommend.

Lack of support to the back of the neck
I bought this and paid a premium due to the great reviews. I was quite disappointed because it does live up the hype. The back of the cushion by the neck has the least amount of support where you need it most. It appears to be thinnest there whereas very thick around the front of the neck/face. On a positive, if you lean to the side to sleep it does provide support. Could do with a sturdier neck support at the back. Not work the money im afraid. There are others that are cheaper with better support for the neck. Felt more supported in the face and cheeks than I did my spine

The elastic strap gives
Get the one with a better fastener. The pillow itself and the shape is perfect but get the one with the ties not the elastic velcro as the velcro gives too much throughout the flight.
