Equinox KombuchaGinger The Living Tea Drink (275Ml) (Pack of 20)

Love it! So good and great ginger flavour! Have always loved Equinox as a brand and their ethos. They use top ingredients like natural spring water, raw cane sugar and ginger juice with everything being organic. One of the brands that still do everything naturally and non pasteurised as well which is crucial. Can still see the mother in there. I found it well balanced in terms of flavour and not too vinegary. Not too sweet too with 3g per 100ml of raw cane sugar. Went really well in my tonic mocktails. Cheers guys!

The finished drink, post fermentation, contains what I feel obliged to call a *whopping* 4.3g of sugar per 100ml. Which is better than fat Coke, but waaaaay too much for a drink sold for its probiotic health benefits. Compared with Love Kombucha (ave. 1-2g / 100ml), the Equinox brand tastes like it's brewed to rot teeth and guts.
