Really liked the easiness of the mixed spices in the mix. The flavor does have somewhat of an aftertaste but over all a good flavor.

Adonis Spices Chicken Kebob Quick Marinade can help you make a tasty midweek meal where you only need 3lbs of chicken and 30 minutes of marinade time before grilling. The terracotta deep orange colored sauce is held in a twist top pouch. When poured over the raw chicken, the sauce had a slight texture to it so it was not loose or thick.  After the 30 minutes of marinade time in the refrigerator, the sauce was noticeably thicker and coated the chicken beautifully. The manufacturer listed the cooking instructions as grilling as kebobs but I can confirm that it can be oven baked with chicken thighs and still create a tasty meal. The cooked chicken had a lovely tan color with a nuanced flavor from bright, tangy lemon notes, savory and herbaceous notes from garlic and onion, and a spice blend that I think included earthy notes from cumin and cinnamon. The manufacturer does not specify which spices are included and only lists it as "spices."  The chicken had a delicious flavor but I wish it was bolder. I was happy to find that the chicken was seasoned but not salty as some competitor marinades can be. If the chicken is made on the grill, it would impart a complimentary smoky flavor to the seasoned notes.  It was a delicious meal that my family and I really enjoyed. The ingredients include water, sunflower oil, spices, lemon, onion, garlic, citric acid, sea salt, natural acacia gum, xanthan gum, msg (flavor enhancer), sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate (to protect quality), natural flavor & natural identical flavor. The manufacturer noted that the product may contain wheat, sesame, tree nuts, and sulphite. If you have an allergy to any of these foods, please be aware. Unused portions of the marinade need to be refrigerated. There are 6 servings per container with each 1 ounce serving containing 50 Calories, 2.5g Total Fat, 6g Total Carbohydrate, and <1g Protein. It is a Product of Lebanon and has a best by date of 20 months from the date that I received it. It is a scrumptious change from traditional weekday chicken that my family and I really enjoyed.

This is easy and convenient for marinating beef for extra flavor. I combined this pouch with a few pounds of diced beef and let it marinate in a ziploc bag for the day while I was at work. I used the beef in a stir-fry since I didn't want to spend the time making a bunch of kabobs, and it worked great. The marinade imparted a nice garlicky flavor to the beef and didn't make it too salty, which I was afraid of. The marinade pouch doesn't look like it contains a lot of liquid, but a little goes a long way! I recommend using a ziploc bag like I did, so that you can squeeze the air out and then squeeze the marinade all over the meat without getting your hands dirty. Less air in the bag also helps the marinade absorb into the meat quicker in my experience.The price seems high for a small pouch of marinade, but it is very handy to have on hand if you don't have a bunch of ingredients in your pantry that you can quickly toss together for a marinade.
