Captures the smallest detail
Great product, easy to use. Vacuum degaussing recommended to remove bubbles, but works without quite well if careful. I used this as the cast in an alginate mold, it came out exactly as the original went into the mold with the tiniest details captured. Firm but flexible set in about 75 min. As a mold it will stretch excessively without tear I order to remove object from mold. I can’t wait to try different hardnesses for comparison with this product.

Good silicone
Easy to use, doesn't cure too fast or too slow. Doesn't break easily. Smooth texture when cured, takes silc-pig pigments nicely.

Mix Well!!!
This is a very thick liquid that worked very well when mixed correctly. I got my measurements wrong - so that is not the products fault. Messy, yes. (Or can be) Loved how it did get my dogs paw print from the cement outside and the clay piece I had made. Now I have a paw print “stamp “ This works well , just be prepared to mix it well and know it is pretty thick . Mine dried cloudy but may have been weather or mixture related. (I wasn’t looking for clear though so it didn’t matter for what I used this for)

Always happy with SmoothOn, but..
I love Smooth On products. They really are great. That being said, it various grades of varying rigidity silicone rubber. It is not gold, it is not precious stones.. The price is a bit high really. While I love this stuff, I am starting to lean toward the cheaper imported stuff because it seems to be as good of quality, and is obviously cheaper.

Great product!
Easy mixing, tolerant if A B mix isnt exact. I have yet to have any major issues with this product. So far it is very forgiving. Handled mica color very well, so far smooth on is hands down the best platinum silicone I have worked with! If I had a complaint I would wish it were less expensive so I could use it more but I can definitely say it’s worth the money.

decent but expensive
expensive and not a lot of material for the price, but its great for making molds, there's deffienelty better options out there though

Too thick/high viscosity to use as casting material
This silicone is way to thick to work with it as a casting material, but for molds or brushing on, it's fine. I was disappointed because I wanted to make silicone squishies but it wouldnt pour as easily into the small openings in the mold.

Polymer rifle stock project
Used this to fill hollow portion of a butt stock for a rifle. Worked amazingly well. Found this product for the project via YouTube video. Super easy to use. 1. Watched video. 2. Read and followed instructions for Dragon Skin 3. Taped off portions required 4. Mix and pour That's it. Looks good, added a little weight, and should absorb a bit of recoil as well.
