Amazon Basics No-Mess Hooded Enclosed Cat Litter Box, Large, Multicolor, 24 in x 18 in x 17 in

This litter box works really well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. The hooded, enclosed design helps keep litter contained and reduces mess and odors around the house. It’s a great size, easy to clean, and my cat adjusted to it quickly. I also like that it feels sturdy without being bulky. Simple, practical, and a great value—definitely a solid choice for a no-mess litter box.

I bought the Amazon Basics No-Mess Hooded Enclosed Cat Litter Box for my expanding cat family—and let me tell you, it was the best decision. I have two indoor cats, but we recently brought in a pregnant momma kitty who needed a safe, private place to have her kittens. This litter box was the perfect solution. It’s low enough for the little kittens to hop right in, but it’s also spacious enough that they didn’t feel cramped. Bonus: they didn’t even seem to mind the dome! They were in and out, no drama. Now that the kittens have grown up and moved on to other homes, my giant Maine Coon has claimed this litter box as his new domain. And, he actually prefers it to the fancy Litter Robot we’ve been using! Who knew? Apparently, he values privacy and a little extra room to stretch his legs. A couple of things to keep in mind: The dome is super easy to pop off for cleaning (thank you, genius design), but let’s be real—don’t trust the plastic handle for lifting when the box is full of litter. I mean, it’s plastic, not magic, and it’s carrying a small mountain of kitty litter. I always grab the whole thing from the base to move it. In short, this litter box has been a huge hit in our household. It’s functional, space-saving, and the cats love it (well, the Maine Coon does, anyway). We’ll definitely be sticking with this one—and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a litter box that’s easy to clean, doesn’t take up a ton of space, and won’t make your cat feel like they’re living in a shoebox.

I love this liter box. I got it for my first cat, and repurchased after getting my second :) My cat is average size, but this box could definitely work for medium to large cats. And my cats can comfortably move around and cover or dig. The pan has no edges, so nothing sticks. The foldable door gives easy access to scooping. It does a great job containing odor. It also a handle on top and buckles on the sides for travel. Overall good quality liter box, I love it and so do my cats. (The second pic is another liter box that is 14” tall 17” long vs this one which is 17” tall 20” long)

This is a reasonable price for a large hooded nice quality litter box. It has plenty of space, and the entry is wide enough that it is easy to scoop. It seems to be easy for my 3 cats to use, and my cats have no problem entering/exiting the box. It has a nice high back to the bottom of the litter box which I like. I don't like that the lid does not have secure latches.

Nice size( large ) light weight but sturdy. Loved the swinging door, Moe goes in and out easily. Removal of lid easy, easy scooping. Also purchase mat to clean paws when exiting box. Good price.

What an amazing cat litter box. The size is perfect for adult cats, the lid which covers and conceals smells, it does take up a little more space but I have no complaints. It’s sturdy, as described, easy to use & clean

Honestly this is the only litter box I can stand to use for my cats. They are so messy and love to kick around litter, and one of my boys has the stinkiest poops. But in this litter box, there is absolutely no mess, and I don't have to smell any of their poops. We try open litter boxes every now and then but they only last about a day because I can't stand the mess. It's nice and big, and good quality too.

This litter box has been a great help for my cat. I’ve tried many different ones, and this one has lasted a long time. My home smells good now there’s no more litter odor and my cat feels very comfortable and has privacy thanks to the door. I highly recommend it.

頭や手で、開くことかわかれば、このトイレの使用はできると思いますが、慎重派の猫ちゃんは慣れるのに、時間がかかりそうです😊でも商品はしっかりしていて、全てが取り外しできるので、洗いやすく、いつまでも清潔にできそうですよ。スコップがついてないので、前のを使用するか、新しい購入が必要ですね

My cats love this tray. I don’t put the privacy flap down but it doesn’t bother them. My very large boy Baz (10kg) had a problem after hip surgery with overshooting the end of the tray no matter which tray he used (I had 3 different ones & he peed over the ends of them all) but when this one arrived, he was first into it & has peed normally since. He uses two of the others occasionally & his “overshooting “ seems to have abated. It is a large covered tray (has to be to accommodate Big Baz) & is very easy to clean. Also helps to contain any smell though I usually clean the trays as soon as I see they have been used. The design also helps prevent the litter from ending up on the floor. Any litter that escapes on their feet or from their digging is contained on the mat in front of it. A very worthwhile purchase & I highly recommend it.

Caben súper bien mis gatos Maine Coon para hacer sus cosas sin ningún problema!. Lo único es aún no se acostumbran a la rejilla que hace que quede completamente cerrado el arenero, pero bueno poco a poco con forme vayan pasando los días ya les iré enseñando y ellos irán aprendiendo a usarla tanto para entrar como para salir. Por qué hasta ahorita de una semana de uso cuando la coloco piensan que está cerrado el arenero y cuando entran y se las cierro piensan que se quedaron encerrrados jajaja pero poco poco estoy segura que la aprenderán a usar. Solo uno de ellos la sabe usar por qué su primer arenero era parecido a este. Los demás usaron siempre las clásicas cajas de arena que son totalmente abiertos, pero con paciencia lo aprenderán cómo lo hizo el primero. También tiene en la parte superior para poner el carbón activado. Excelente tamaño por que son grandes pero por la forma que tienen no ocupan mucho espacio como otros areneros. Aparte si compras las bolsas que son para areneros como las de JONNY CAT que también las consigues aquí mismo en Amazon son exactamente del tamaño del arenero, pareciera que las hicieron para este modelo de arenero, son súper prácticas para ponerlas en el arenero y después viertes la arena, te vas AHORRAR MUCHO TIEMPO en su limpieza(Sobre todo si tienes 12 gatos Gigantes!🫣). 😂🤭 Muchas Gracias Amazon 🙏🏻👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️I love You!!!❤️😘
