After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, I’m very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say it’s close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

I record this MacBook on January 20th the day before I started my online college classes and when it came the adapter to charge it was broken so I had to go out and buy a new one! Then I finally get it set up and powered on and there are lines running through the screen! And I choose and paid for excellent quality there are a few minor scratches on it which weren’t that noticeable.

Awesome MacBook for the price. Was initially disappointed with the noticeable dent on the outside. But I did opt for the “good” condition to save a buck instead of “excellent”. And the rest of the MacBook is in excellent condition and the dent isn’t that bad. I have a case on the way anyway. And the performance and battery life is awesome. Would definitely order from seller again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this for school last minute because it was the quickest and cheapest that I found. One of my keyboard buttons came stuck onto the keyboard it won’t let me press down at all it doesn’t work unless I take out that button. It does freeze a bit and runs out of battery pretty quickly. But it is good for doing any school work or for something that isn’t so serious and you don’t need an expensive computer for. It’s kind of like an iPad with a keyboard. It was refurbished so I didn’t expect it to be the greatest! Definitely think it’s good for the price I got it for though. 7/10 recommend

No dents or scratches look brand new. It loads pretty quick & was easy to set up! So happy with my purchase! I also purchased a case with a pink keypad cover.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my son — he just moved up to a higher grade and needed something more powerful for school. He used to work on a tablet, which was fine before, but now a laptop became essential. I’ve purchased refurbished devices on Amazon many times before — iPhones, tablets, etc. — and always had a great experience. Everything worked well and lasted for years. That’s why I felt confident buying this one too, as an affordable option. Unfortunately, this time it was a huge disappointment. The laptop arrived in bad shape — one of the charging ports doesn’t work, the screen quality is poor, it constantly freezes, and worst of all, it gives off a slight electric shock when touched. I don’t know if it’s an issue with refurbished laptops in general or just this particular seller, but I won’t be buying refurbished laptops again. This one felt like throwing money away.

screen still had some dots from damage and it's obvious it was repaired, and there is some tears from the plastered coverup on the back(probably cover scratches. And the screen glitched a little while it was updating but its working so far and thats why i got it price should definitely be lower especially considering its a outdated model. The battery charges fast but goes down quick so keep your charger, its light to me not heavy at all. apdate: dont buy this on of my ports just went out on me i can tell the whole things gonna be out soon waste of my money.

I was scared at first that it wouldn't come, but it did and just on time! It works perfectly with nothing wrong with it other than a little scratch. Definitely recommend getting this.

It arrived looking brand new with no scratches or marks anywhere on the body or screen. The only issue I have is that the battery life is very short.
