Good quality
Good quality, flexible, and easy to strip and solder. I need it for 2A continuous. Tested it with 5A continuous and it warmed by only ~5C above room temp. Works for me.

The silicone jacketing is too thin for making test leads
Quantity and gauge of wire is satisfactory for making test leads but the jacket is so thin that readings are unreliable.
