It is conductive and grounded
I am somewhat skeptical, but purchased this and asked my brother to test it. He says it is conductive, it is grounded - so time will tell whether there is a benefit to using it.

Nice size
Love the size but could use a longer cord, has a coiled cord that may extend longer but too much pull on the mat. If you don’t need a long cord, this is great!

It works great underneath a desk
I believe this works because whenever I have it plugged in, my dog finds a way to have a body part touching it. The size of this mat makes using it on the floor under my feet the best fit. I tried using it in my bed but it didn't stay put or stay connected. The problem with using it on the floor is that I typically have socks or slippers on and that isn't optimal. I think overall I would prefer a larger one to sleep on but that is not a fault of this mat, just a personal preference. As I stated, I'm fairly sure it's working because my dog is drawn to it. He often lays at my feet but usually to my side. He doesn't typically scoot in front of me unless I have this plugged in. If it is convenient for you to be barefoot at your desk, this will likely work out well for you.

Light weight, portable
Smooth fabric that feels and looks like faux leather on one side, almost like felt on the other. I think you can use either side against your skin, although the plug button is on the leather side. My feet don't touch the floor on my desk chair so I'm actually sitting on the mat with shorts on, it's against my bare legs. I think it's covering more skin that way anyway. I have a grounding sheet that bunches up in bed but I think this one won't do that because it's thicker than my sheet but thin enough to be very flexible but it may end up feeling sticky trying to sleep on faux leather. The other side is not as soft as felt but either side may be OK if you just have it at the foot of your bed for your feet and calves. I like that I can use this at my desk, in bed or anywhere since it's a small enough size. I have rheumatoid arthritis and not sure if this helps or it's all the other things I do but I'm willing to try anything besides taking medication. I also use red light therapy and TENS. Also vitamins. And now trying castor oil. It's a lot of work but worth it.

Ive been lying on this in bed for sleeps. I will consider next time if I take a nap.
I did try barefeet standing on it. Mostly I sleep on it. The first night's rest, I didn't wake up with a sore lower back. I dont know if it's because I slept in the better position or what. I already needed a couple of slats more for my bed, and not done it yet(been probably a year). This may be anecdotal; but, so what, I know that in healthcare anecdotals get noticed after awhile, and this is how some medicines get other suggested uses after a true clinical trial is done to determine efficacy. All I know is I've been sleeping on this for past 5 nights, and some things do feel better in my body, besides I'm a healthy(generally speaking) eating label reader. You do plug this into ONLY the ground of the electrical socket. I don't ever recommend leaving it plugged in when not in use as a general safety, although it might be OK not, too. Also, make sure to test if your ground is really grounded; otherwise, if it is not connected to ground, then it is PROBABLY not connected at all(and to make sure not connected the wrong way). If you have one of those surge protectors with a Ground indicator light, then you can test that wall socket that way to make sure you have a true ground connection.

Made my wife feel anxious after using
My wife wanted to try this grounding mat so she could do grounding inside especially during the raining months. The grounding mat made her feel very anxious after using it so she stopped using it after the first-time. The mat is very thinly made and is on the lower quality side compared to some others available. Sad to say I don't recommend 😔.

Nice material
I own another grounding mat which has a more "mousepad feel" to it. I use it under my pillow at night, and since I'm a stomach sleeper, my arm stays under the pillow, in contact with the mat for the duration of the night. This mat has a nice lightweight feel, and I appreciate the little holes which help with breathability. The material of this mat is like a PU leather, and warms up nicely from my body heat after only a couple minutes. Make sure to test your outlet plug if you end up using this in a socket. You can get a ground plug tester for about 8 bucks. Well worth the peace of mind to ensure the socket is safe to use for this purpose.

Basic grounding mat
I am reviewing EOHELGRO Grounding Mat. Item arrived as described. I am hesitant on this as I've had better quality mats and this just seems of lesser quality. It's a very thin mat with a button that you snap into a cord and the grounding cord plugs into the outlet. I did try this and while I have felt a difference in my other ones, thru time I didn't notice a difference with this one.
