It’s a hole saw! All I can say is it is very sharp. It It cut all the hole through my composite decking and is still sharp.

I used this to drill a hole in a wood board for my portable aircon exhaust pipe . It was a perfect fit

I am rating this product only 3 stars because on the first use of it the center ring bearing fell off, but it is made of decent plastic material. I will keep it as work a back up. Thanks.

Review from a Tool & FileMaker. It's an average price. But performs well considering this. So therefore in contradiction, it's a good purchase. Upon close inspection it's well made including the rare central ejection spring for slugs. The blade's teeth are both even, sharp & concentric. The central h.s.s. drill is also of good quality & is fully adjustable using its set screw clamp that is assembled after main manufacturing using a fine coating of machine oil. The hole saw is finally finished off with a heavy orange powder coating for wear ability & life. It performed perfectly right out of the package & my project was completed in minutes. I can highly recommend these hole saws having been in my trade for over 40 years & upon deeper research the LAIWEI company itself.

I bought this to cut metal siding, first attempt broke the pilot bit. Installed another bit and never made it thru 25 gauge siding.

Great saw, as I needed to cut recessed lighting in my ceiling tile. One thing to watch is that there is no locking mechanism, therefore if not cutting and you stop your drill, the saw continues to spin, then cone off the collar. Other than that, it works great.
