Great hold on 4c hair, but still had the white residue after a few days. Smell is not strong, good amount of product for price

I gotta say, I had been seeing a lottttttt of hype on Instagram and was glad to see the smaller, lower-priced jar was on Amazon. I have had this for at least a week and have used it at least every couple of days; I mousse or spray my edges before applying the gel. My edges lay down without even having to wrap them right before going out. I have experienced no flaking or white residue at all. The scent isn't overpowering and it smoothes my edges with just my fingers, too, and helps differentiate my parts. This gel is not sticky and doesn't leave my edges hard and crunchy. A little does enough; I can see this jar lasting a while. Good value for my money. No regrets on this purchase!

I’ve been using the Bask & Lather Strong Hold Gel and I’m honestly impressed. The hold is very strong and it keeps my edges laid all day without making my hair feel greasy. I also like that a little product goes a long way, so you don’t need to use much.

This product smells great, not sticky or clumpy. It definitely holds all day. However, if you use too much, it will turn white after awhile. Less is more in this case.

I will be buying it again lays the natural hair really well may need to use a little water as instructed. Overall best edge control I ever use and I sleep and it does not move or irritate my forehead or skin. Great product, and does not have a strong smell. I think it makes my edges look thicker.

Don't waste your money buying this edge control.It leaves a horrible white cast and does not lay your edges at all.Very disappointed!!!
