Catit Cat Litter Scoop, Grey – Durable, Easy-Clean Plastic Scoop for All Litter Types

At first I wanted to return this item as I thought it was too big. But after giving it a try I realised how good it was. The big size allows you to scoop through the litter tray in big batches and the size of the holes means all the litter falls theough and leaves the poop. It is amazing value too. Can’t believe I was going to return it. Check out the size but don’t be put off. Highly recommended.

Was expecting a very small one it's very big

Why did you choose this product over others?: I already had one for 4 years and it broke so wanted to replace it with the same. It's strong and makes scooping easy. Holes are a little big to catch small poos but catches most.

It appears very well made, certainly sturdy. I got it for a very low price, but it is simply too large. I have an oversized kitty litter tray, which is enclosed, yet it is constantly banging against the sides as I try to scoop poop and move the kitty litter around. It is far big for the purpose, at least for most typical scenarios. Triple the size it needs to be, it may be of use to those who have limited flexibility or dexterity. Also, the holes are too large, and can barely filter, as almost anything fit through them.

I was surprised how big it was, really good to clean the lot! The holes are big, all the catsan is going through!

First of all, let me start off by saying that this litter scoop is specifically meant to be used with CRYSTAL cat litters. Any negative reviews from people using clumping litter did not read the description before ordering this scoop, or perhaps did not understand how large the holes are (I can stick my pinky finger into the larger ones). That being said, this is a must-have if you use a crystal cat litter, specifically those with larger crystals, as they are larger and will not fall through the slots on a normal litter scoop. This thing is BIG, like shockingly large, with a very deep profile on the actual "spoon" part of it. This is actually very nice, as you can scoop up a large amount of litter and sift through it, instead of making numerous passes. As I already mentioned, the holes are large on this scoop, which is what makes it work for crystal litters. The scoop also stands up on its handle, which is nice because I don't have to rest the end that comes in contact with litter anywhere, I can just stand the scoop up on top of my Litter Genie (which, incidentally, I'm saving money on as I don't need as many bag refills using crystal litter--- poop only, no giant pee clumps!). The litter I'm currently using is the Petco brand crystal litter, which has very large crystals, and they fall through this scoops holes perfectly. The only trouble that ever comes is if a little ball of poo has been separated from another, larger piece, as it can fall through the larger holes in the scoop, but that is easily remedied by picking the little bit up with the corner of the scoop and tossed away. Five stars because this product works exactly as promised, and is the only one like it I've seen.

Su Zooplus non l'ho trovata più in vendita. Mi sono "consolato" con Amazon … la paletta la trovo comoda e molto adatta al tipo di "sabbia" che uso per la lettiera dei miei due gatti. Purtroppo la conservo all'aperto sotto il sole cocente (d'estate) ed il freddo dell'inverno, motivo per cui dopo un annetto (mediamente) la plastica si cristallizza e sotto "sforzo" tende a spaccarsi. Ma vista la comodità ed il prezzo la ricompro più che volentieri.

I thought I would be a fan of this scoop but the litter falls between the bigger holes it’s too bad they have different size holes other wise it would work a lot better I will be going back to the slotted scoop. The only thing good about this one is its size it’s big and this plastic with a great handle. Maybe good for non clay or clump litter but good for the more natural litters like the corn or newspaper pellets kind.

Çok kullanışlı, güzel ürün. Delikleri biraz daha küçük olabilirdi ama bu haliyle de gayet güzel, kumu elemek çok kolay, kum temizliğini hızlı kolayca yapabilmek mümkün. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Con esta cuchara limpias de una sola pasada, leo en los comentarios que pasan restos a través de los orificios pero es por la calidad de arena que compran, con una buena arena funciona perfecto. Es grande pero ahí está su magia, menos pasadas para encontrar los tesoros enterados.
