Amazing when paired with the same brand creatine. Always use them together. My recovery has never been better. Using it for recovery and building lean muscle. I take it daily and Consistently. Been mixing into high quality whey protein isolate. Doesn’t affect flavor. Doesn’t bother the stomach.

Seems to be helping with my recovery, overall less down time and reduced muscle soreness. Taste and smell are not great but easy to mask with juice or something else

I got this to prevent muscle breakdown during a long hitch. I work long hours , then get off work and goto the gym. This helped keep the weight on. Usually I shrink up when I'm working hard.

My research on HMB concluded that HMB has shown the ability to reduce muscle catabolism in endurance athletes but does not show strong evidence of muscle hypertrophy in strength training. Basically stating it may be good to prevent muscle loss when cutting but not great at growing muscles. Also, some indications that the free acid form may be better (not this brand) are inconclusive also I believe that formula is proprietary (MuscleTech). It also appears that supplementing with BCAA'S when done appropriately is just as effective as supplementing with HMB as HMB is found in leucine. This product is a quality product for a fair price have used it before just know what to expect before you buy.

HMB from Raw Chemistry Labs has transformed my body and my life. I recommend it to EVERYONE. However, my most recent shipment from this seller took almost a month to arrive—and they sent me the wrong product! Their inventory system must have been off, because the stocking sticker with the barcode says it’s HMB, but the packaging label says L-Citrulline. I don’t know how to reach the seller, so I’m leaving this review in hopes of having this jar replaced. These items are not eligible for return, so Amazon has been no help in this matter. Apart from this inconvenience and inconsistency with the seller, though, I cannot recommend this product more. With no changes in my moderate exercise regimen, it has shredded my body fat and increased my performance on just about every metric. You owe this to yourself to give it a try! But maybe purchase it in person or directly from GNC?

This stuff taste like poison! It had powder on the outside of the container you can see someone took a wet cloth to wipe it off so it left a nasty smeared residue on the container. It was sealed closed which is why I still tried it but when I did I was thinking there’s no way people are drinking this. I started to think maybe someone opened it and resealed it and I possibly drank poison. It taste toxic as hell. Due to the pandemic and not being sure where to go to return this it’s still sitting in my closet and was wasted money. That’s my fault 🙄 definitely should have returned this.
