I bought this as newbie since I had no idea going over budget for the first time. And I had no idea this would be this flawless! It's robust, long-lasting, and, to be honest, incredibly comfy—perfect for beginners. I would suggest it because of the good grip and the price. Of course, there are superior items available; you ought to look them up! Check out the workout equipment that blogipilates sells if you have a lot of money to spend. For those like me who are just starting out and cannot afford to go that high, this is a great offer!

All 3 bands (pink/blue/green) are with same intensity... It should be easy/medium/hard... Very loose.. Try for different company this are just waste of money... And packing is pathetic very low quality.
