Was given a product that appears to be used or opened
I received what appeared to be a normally packaged but upon opening noticed discolored gunk on the top of the bottle and dropper, and the internal card board was damaged. I appear to have been sent a used product and demand a refund.

Expired Product?
Just received it, and not sure I’ll even be able to use it. It seems to be solidified in the container. Supposed to be a runny consistency, but it’s so congealed that the dropper won’t pick any up. Irritating.
