Q: It says 16gb ram sodimm 3200 and then later says 32gb (2x16gb kit) sodimm 3200which is it?

I ordered this and only received 16Gb not 32Gb so don't really understand either? False advertisement?

This will work an any desktop motherboard that uses ddr4 ram,but it may not operate at full speed depending on bios settings.

Q: I've been told by asus that i can only use oem sony/hynix ram. does this meet these requirements? can any of your products?

If theybstate this due to warranty compliance tyen i guess your stuck but if its because they say only those 2 are compatible then theybare fibbing.
