Karoke system not synchronising with video/audio. Bad voice and Mic’s not working
Not synchronising with Sony Bravia and JBL 500 bar, voice quality bad. The very second day the Mic’s are not working. No constructive assistance. They have complicated the return process and have rejected return on technical grounds. Never go for products shipped directly by the shipper.

Non working HDMI and optical output
The item can't be connected to tv or speaker using hdmi or optical output. Only standard jack will work to connect with speaker. Thus not worth paying 20k
