Tedious Filling and Leakage Dampen the Experience

Waste of time and money
Absolutely useless. The product page on Amazon doesn't have any photos or text explaining how to fill this bottle. First I tried removing the cap and rotating the inner steel ring thinking it opens up, it doesn't. Luckily I didn't apply too much force anticipating that it might break. At the bottom I spotted a small hole in the cap at the bottom and upon pressing, it moves inwards so I figured that's how you fill it, like you fill a cigarette lighter. Nope. Tried with a perfume bottle removing the spray cap and just pressed the nozzle into this bottle's base where the filler hole is. Doesn't fill. After several tries I could only see a couple of droplets inside but didn't spray anything. All the liquid stays outside the bottle.

Works perfectly if you have a good fragrance and want to reapply it mid day or are a frequent traveler
