A romantic comedy unlike any other.Kinjiro Sakamachi is a "normal" seventeen-year-old boy who happens to suffer from an abnormal fear of women, otherwise known as gynophobia. His phobia, which surfaces as an occasional nosebleed, has been kept more or less under control... until now. A fateful visit to the school bathroom turns Kinjiro's world upside down, as he discovers the dashing and popular Konoe Subaru is actually a girl! What's worse, the principal's cruel and domineering daughter, Kanade Suzutsuki, has every reason to keep this secret from leaking out, and makes it her life's work to torment Kinjiro while attempting to cure his gynophobia. Is Kanade simply sadistic, or does she really want to help Kinjiro overcome his fears? It makes no difference to poor Kinjiro, because his life has just become a living hell. Very great slice of life anime
Very great slice of life anime, only downside is that while the last episode is funny and good in its own right, it feels like a filler and it does not wrap up any of the things that is happening in the anime. Other wise a great fun to watch, if you don't mind the occasional "fan service" that happens every now and then. Great series, great characters and lovely animation!

Fun light anime good for winding down for a few lols

Headless chicken mayonnaise
In this high school romp an unlikely cross-dressing problem, woven into a master-servant situation, leads to blushing embarrassments for the central character. The idea has been around for centuries. Shakespeare had boy-actors playing girl characters cross-dressing to appear to be boys. Confused? Don't worry. Read on. Confusion is the whole point. The central character is a stock character in junior high school anime, a diffident victim of intense adolescent self-doubt. He is surrounded by people who use him for a punching bag in slapstick scenes of violence. The writers seem to have retreated from allowing a totally ambiguous pairing with lots of shock-horror implications to develop into a love affair but they have thrown in enough knickers displays, o-furo scenes, beach scenes and dressing room encounters to cheer the heart of the cheesecake brigade. There are also themes like school-avoidance with real-life implications in the UK as well as in Japan which are sensitively approached. So it's good fun and occasionally thoughtful and moving but not quite a wow-factor classic. Mayo is Japanese for a confused state of mind and the chiki in the title comes from a name-kanji ambiguity too technical to explain in a few words, but its use in the plot relies on chiki=chicken=coward in school-ground Japanese slang.

I truly hate this anime
I truly hate this anime! First of all, it is not something you can sit and watch with your teenager niece and nephews...secondly, the storyline is so stupid! Price is extremely expensive for a dumb anime such as this! I'm glad I got my refund back.

この作品が久しぶりに見たくなって購入しましたが、ケースの上下に10センチくらいの大きね裂け目がニ箇所あり、おかげでケースが凹んでいました。上に相当重い物を載せないとこんな壊れ方しないくらいの状態で、ディスクが無事だったのが奇跡としか言えない。保管中か輸送中にできたのだろうと思われるが、商品管理の粗雑さに星は一つとしました。 ケースは100均で買い直します。
