No way!
I had to add bacon to my fried cabbage meal to get smokey flavor. These hocks are too salty even after soaking with water. I won’t buy these again.

You need to know how to cook them, product results salty even after washing, I was expecting to be more tender meat

They arrived vacuum sealed. Don't be concerned about lack of ice, the curing obviates the need.

Yuck
Got refunded these are not as pictured and ruined my bean soup. I had to throw a huge pot of soup away too salty these are inedible do not waste your money!!!

Bad smell
This product was not what I expected.it was very small for the price, very salty and HARD it also had a rotten like smell. I would not recommend this product for consumption.I didn’t want to rate this but I’m not able to move forward with my review which I think is wrong.

Excellent, but remember to soak them!
Great flavor! You have to understand how to prepare ham hocks though. Soak them for an hour or so water the get some of the salt out. These are very meaty. I used just one to flavor a pound of dried beans. Added good flavor and more than enough meat.
