For for purpose
Bought some DM’s in September and was surprised that the laces fell apart so quickly!!! Hopefully buying official Dr.Martain laces will last for the lifetime of the boots!

Good upgrade
Much better than the crappy thin laces Dr Martens come with these days. Bit of a scam really - make you upgrade to something which should come as standard. Nice and chunky.

Laces
Great laces. Suitable for any shoes that require laces. Including DMs. Quite strong too. I mean a little expensive for shoe laces but long and strong.

All laces are not the same…these are good because they don’t slacken off under tension.

Too long for shoes
Advertised for shoes. Clearly not viable for shoes. Look like they'd be great for boots however.

Good upgrade for an 8 hole boot, longer than the laces that came with the boots
Cool upgrade for a pair of 8 whole boots. The laces that came with them have always been just that little too short, where these are longer so makes getting in and out of the boots easier without having to re-lace the boots every time. I wonder why the 8 hole boots came with laces slightly too short though, but these fix that and look great.
