Why did you choose this product over others?: DO NOT BUY!! Would leave 0 stars if I could. After using these cups only a couple of times one of them exploded as my partner was making a hot drink, he is very lucky he didn’t burn himself!! Would not recommend as this product is clearly unsafe!! Pictures attached that show this and the hole in the cup.

I bought these to replace similar cups bought elsewhere, which didn't last long. They worked to keep drinks hot but were very fragile and broke easily. These, although light, are much more durable.

These are serving their purpose well, keeps our coffee hot and our beer cold. They are super light-weight. Only complaint is that one of them does not stand steady on flat surfaces/tables. As part of their making they have a little glass-blower's bubble at the bottom of the cup, which is natural. However, the bubble on one of the cups is protruding and thus the base affected. My concern is that it may just shatter the cup on impact with our granite kitchen tops, but we are trying to be as careful as possible. Using a compensating coaster is helping to keep the cup stable on our tables. Good cups, just a little more attention to the finished product needed.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den 2 Gläsern. Halten das Getränk lange warm und liegen gut in der Hand. Bin gespannt wie sie Getränke kalt halten wenn es wieder heiss wird.

The lip on the glass is too thick. Product returned. Very slow response in actioning the return and refund.
