The media could not be loaded. If I were the company instead of the turn knobs to tighten I would of left bolts that you can use a wrench with. And left a longer bolt. Those are the only designing flaws I would work on. Other then that great deal and good quality structure!!

This was given as a Christmas gift. Easy to assemble, but after a 2-3 minute round, almost every screw needed to be tightened. Double checked the instructions and was assembled correctly with the tighteners on the correct side. Spend the extra money and get the bag on a swivel and brace boards. Returning this item.

Being that it is very small (almost the same size as my outspread hand), it is not designed for heavy workouts. But it makes a great speed bag, where you build up rhythm by keeping your arms in place up high and just rotate your wrists to keep hitting the bag as it bounces back from your last hit. As such, you don't necessarily need boxing gloves, but you can use them if you choose to (I work without gloves).I had chemo last year, and spent 3 months in the hospital, and lost a LOT of body mass and muscle mass. I have re-built a lot of the legs and arms by walking and using dumbbell weights, but the chest muscles are tough to rebuild unless you elevate your arms to shoulder height or higher.THAT'S what I got this speed bag for -- to exercise the chest muscles -- and it's working! When I first set this up a month ago, I could not complete even 20 or 30 seconds of keeping the bag going, because I would tire out. I'm now up to 5 minutes at a time! And getting better and stronger every week!I love that it is easily adjustable as to the working height -- I can raise it to work near to head height, or lower it to work closer to the mid-chest to waist level, all with just a couple of twists to the tightening knobs, which work well to keep it where I put it.It was easy to install -- just a couple of screws into a 2x4 shelving unit in my garage, and Voila! a workout station with a speed bag!I've never been a workout freak -- but seeing the improvement over the last few weeks has been FUN!This thing gets my "Highly Recommended" vote -- as long as you remember that it is a speed bag, not a punching bag (for coordination, not for power!). Broke after few uses but was getting used by my grown son

Boxing is great exercise but I already have a standing bag taking up space in the garage so this was something new to try.So far I’d have to say it’s pretty good quality, although I expected the ball to be a bit bigger. While unexpected, it’s kind of nice because it trains you to be more accurate with a smaller target. I also like that they sent an air pump considering my kids had just broken our last one.As you can see by the pictures, there’s lots of different ways to bend the arms so you can adjust it to varying heights to focus on different muscles. The arms and swivel seem pretty strong like they’ll go the distance, although if you don’t tighten the knobs securely, the ball will drop. That leads me to question if the knobs of the arms could end up stripped to the point you can’t tighten them anymore, but I guess time will tell on that one.To install, it has to be mounted on a stud so we put ours in a corner in the garage where it can fold up so it’s out of the way. I don’t know if it’s where you install it or how your house is built but I feel like if it’s mounted on a lower level, it can shake the whole house.All in all, it’s serving its purpose and I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It’s relatively easy to install, folds away easily, and seems to be pretty durable. I do question the longevity of the knobs on the arms and initially wished the ball was bigger, but for now I’ll give this 5 stars. If anything changes, I’ll come back to update this review.

This was a joke. I ordered and it came missing the mounting bolts and the spring. Contacted the seller for a replacement and their very quickly sent me to Amazon customer care. I can’t even find where to buy just a replacement spring.
