As with any supplement I buy, I review on labdoor.com first. This has the best rating. This creating is a great product. No loading phase, mixes well and results are noticeable. Would defiantly recommend Will buy again.

Extreme calf cramps in the middle of the night and I'm consuming the daily recommended amount of water. Not worth the trouble. Ditching creatine for good. All natural is better. Not worth the symptoms.

I have now been using this product for six months. My observation 1) I dont have any digestion issues. Also may be because I ensure I take a lot of fibre. Fibre is essentially for digestion when we are taking protein rich food. 2) I saw my weight increase by 1 to 1.5Kg but I also saw my muscle mass percentage increased by 150bps and fat reduced by same percentage. From my research I understood Creatine helps cells retain water more to help workout. I did my blood tests, triglycerides had come down so it correlated with gaining muscles more. 3) For first 1 month I didn't see much difference other than small weight gain. But slowly ( around 4 months of taking this) my endurance had improved,my muscles gains were visible, and I could increase the weights I was lifting. I am very surprised with some negative reviews here. Labdoor certification is very reliable. This is a good supplement to take

Good at everything

The product is great and have given very good results and I really prefer 'as it is' as a genuine brand but they really need to change the packaging of this unflavoured creatine from the zip lock one to a container one because whenever I try to remove the seal and tear it to see the product I never locks back and I have to store it in some other air tight container so if possible change that.
