Love my renewed s23
Great seller! Received phone promptly, 1 day earlier than expected. Phone looked brand new, no flaws of any kind. My Samsung s8 had outlived it's functionality - battery wasn't holding a charge, device was no longer compatible with app updates, minimal media storage - and since I take thousands of photos, I wanted a newer phone with an impressive camera. After reading reviews that said the s24's camera was the same as the s23, I opted to save money. The s23 is amazing and a perfect upgrade for me with everything I wanted. I was also able to transfer everything (including thousands of photos and videos) with all screen layouts, apps, etc., looking the same and in the same places as before. Basically I can't tell I've changed phones, except for the long-held charge, upgraded apps, tons of storage, fantastic camera, plus some great new perks and tips. I'm just sorry I didn't upgrade sooner. The seller is highly reviewed for renewed phones and deservedly so.

Want a real review? Well read this one and you got it.
I used the phone for a few weeks BEFORE making a review. I feel that is the best policy before reviewing any product. Item came in and looked brand spanking new. I didn't notice any marks of use on the item. I am very pleased with this purchase. Activating it on my current cell carrier was easy and without issue. The only issue I did have was with the charging cable. It was defective. I did contact customer support about the issue and recieved a very quick response and they mailed out a replacement charging cable very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Samsung S23 5G Factory Unlocked Phone
The Samsung Galaxy S23 5G Factory Unlocked has been a reliable and feature-packed smartphone in my personal use. It offers a premium experience, but like any device, it has its strengths and weaknesses. Here's my detailed review:ProsCompact and Premium Design:The S23 is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable to hold, even for extended periods. Its compact size makes it easy to use with one hand, and the build quality is top-notch with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and an aluminum frame.Performance:Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the phone delivers exceptional speed and responsiveness for multitasking, gaming, and everyday use. It’s well-optimized for Android 13 with Samsung’s OneUI 5.1.Display:The 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display is stunning, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The brightness peaks at 1750 nits, making it easy to view even in bright sunlight.Camera:The camera system is impressive, delivering sharp photos with excellent color accuracy in various lighting conditions. The video stabilization is also noteworthy for recording high-quality clips.Battery Life:Despite its compact size, the battery life is solid, lasting a full day with moderate use on both Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity.Unlocked Flexibility:Being factory unlocked allows for seamless switching between carriers without bloatware or restrictions commonly found in carrier-locked devices.Software Updates:Samsung promises four years of OS updates and five years of security patches, ensuring the device remains relevant for years to come.ConsNo MicroSD Card Slot:The lack of expandable storage is a drawback, especially since the base model starts at 128GB, which may not suffice for users who store large files or media.Average Battery Life:While good for its size, the battery life isn’t groundbreaking compared to larger devices or other flagship models like the Ultra version.OneUI Limitations:While feature-rich, Samsung’s OneUI can feel cluttered compared to stock Android or Google’s Pixel software experience.Price:The S23 is priced at a premium for its size and features, which might deter budget-conscious buyers.GPS Issues with Google Maps:Some users (myself included) have experienced issues where GPS disconnects when the screen is off during navigation, which can be frustrating when traveling.Overall ExperienceThe Samsung Galaxy S23 5G Factory Unlocked is an excellent choice for those seeking a compact flagship phone with premium features and long-term software support. Its performance, display quality, and camera system make it stand out in its category. However, the lack of expandable storage and minor software quirks may be deal-breakers for some.Rating: 4/5Highly recommended for users who prioritize portability, performance, and flexibility in carrier choice over features like expandable storage or ultra-long battery life!

Damaged and Defective Phone
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 from this seller that turned out to be a complete lemon. Contacted the seller within the 90 day return time frame and described the issues I was experiencing. I was provided some troubleshooting solutions that did not work. The phone crashes randomly, shuts down a few times a day, loses it's signal, drops calls, etc. I was sold a damaged and defective product that has never worked properly and wasted my money. I am left with a useless device and no recourse. Lesson learned.

Works as advertised
It is an unlocked phone. It doesn't seem to be baked in with a carrier firmware either. Did not unlock the bootloader or unlock the OEM though. I don't see a ROM I want for this phone to load a custom OS. But the selling point was the Bluetooth feature. As a person who wears Cochlear Implants and needs specific Bluetooth compatibility, I'd say this has superior Bluetooth connectivity. I can't emphasize enough on the Bluetooth it's like having the right spec to be compatible and doesn't break up connectivity in the pocket so I can listen to music. The phone takes great pictures and it is very capable with a 5G cellular network and wifi 6 connection. The phone is fast and impressive in what it does in the hand it seems we could run it like a computer desktop but will not do that though. I paid for the mobility, Bluetooth, and ease of use. My last phone was Google Pixel 4a without 5G and it was okay. Was going to get another Pixel phone but Google kept screwing up all their newer versions of their phone with their Bluetooth they can't seem to get that quality control right. I got this phone refurbished and it was a good deal it came with no scratches and came with a USB cord and a wall outlet charger.

Phone came with dead vibration motor
Phone appeared to be in excellent condition until I realized no vibrations were working at all. Ran diagnostics and it was not a software issue, which indicates the vibration motor was dead on arrival.Took it to a repair shop and they confirmed it was an issue with the loud speaker (which also controls vibrations from my understanding) and now I'll have to pay an extra $60 just to get this phone in working condition since I don't have the time to ship the whole thing back and find another refurbished, properly working phone.
