is this an equivalent to a yanagi style knife?

Not really. This is a slicing knife that is beveled on both sides. Yanagi and yanigi ba style knives have a single bevel. The will both do the job, but they are not the same. Chefs Corner Store

Is this Miyabi’s answer to a fish filet knife? If not what one do they make that would be equivalent to a filet knife? Txs
