We use these all the time on the awning when in our campervan and if we put up a gazebo or similar in the garden. Really easy to use, very effective lighting that you can string for a surprising distance. The base unit is strongly made, good quality build, and they look great. They're also magnetic, so you - as I found on our last trip to a music festival - can stick them on your vehicle or other metal structure and string the lights a lot more flexibly than we were originally.

Lovely camp lights, easy to use, love that you can use them as fairy lights but also as a normal camp lamp. Good quality, Charge fairly quickly, waterproof and durable. Good value, overall very happy with the purchase.

Bought this last summer and worked great. Took it out to use it again and it’s completely dead and won’t charge. We’ve only used it once.

Only gripe is that the LEDs at the end of the chain furthest from the unit are a bit dimmer than those closest to the unit.

I was very sceptical buying this, they are available pretty much on any Chinese sites for half the price but I thought I would but from Amazon and get a quality product. Anyhow, first time out in lake district, looked fantastic at night, lasted a very reasonable time, charged via the inbuilt solar and great again the next night. Be extremely careful when winding this back up, I was extremely delicate with it, next time out, thought I would charge via usb c port before I go so it's ready, charged up, and that appears to be it. No longer works at all. Not impressed, certainly a great idea but a very poor quality product.

Exellent in caravab awning

Attending a wedding recently and the lights failed at the reception venue. Pulled this little light out of my car for the first time not expecting much - this little heroic light cast so much light and was easy to tie off. Highly recommend- will be buying another so I can have garden parties lit up

I’m an event specialist and have used these for several evening events, including bordering large umbrellas and various decor. Very smart design! Simple to charge, and convenient for storage with the way the lights retract into the unit. The various light modes is another nice feature! The only disappointment was that it is not made to run both the center spotlight and the string lights at the same time. That would have helped our situation with the umbrellas greatly, but the battery just would not hold long enough. Otherwise, I am so delighted with the purchase!

Better quality and brighter than those thicker rope lights. Perfect length to hang around outside our campsite to get us some extra light at night! The battery also lasts for a few days on a single charge. The price was wonderful for these. So much better than expected!

These camping lights are impressively bright and the battery life holds up well, making them a reliable choice for outdoor use. They're fairly lightweight, so they work great for short backpacking trips, but probably not the best option if you're going ultra-light. Perfect for car camping or base camps where a little extra weight isn’t an issue. Solid performance and very convenient to use!

I left these on the white light over night and it lasted. We enjoyed them. I think I’d try a diff kind next time but I don’t remember why now. Helpful review huh? Sorry.
