I’ve been using the HB3 9005 Headlight Bulbs in my MG5, and they work well overall. The brightness is decent, providing a good amount of illumination for night driving. The warm white 3000K color is pleasant and easy on the eyes. In terms of longevity, they typically last around 6-8 months, depending on daily usage, which is reasonable for halogen bulbs. While they may not be the absolute brightest option out there, they offer solid performance for the price. Overall, I’d recommend them for anyone looking for reliable headlight bulbs!

It’s probably excellent. But I can’t comment. It didn’t fit my vehicle. This despite checking carefully that it would. I could have filed the mount and made if fit. Why do car manufacturers not standardise the bulb fittings across the type of bulb?

My headlight bulbs have been going increasingly yellow over time, I was hoping these would spruce up the lighting when I get the chance to use full beam. The manufacturer has thoughtfully provided gloves to wear whilst installing them, always good since contamination hurts the life of halogen bulbs - these fit well and installed easily (which depends on your car). In use, they're slightly brighter and whiter than my old bulbs, at 3000k, there's still some yellow in the colour temperature, but perfectly usable. I can't comment on longevity yet, but I'll be hanging onto my old bulbs just in case.
