I just started using them but they seem to be effective but there is a learning curve. I have used similar products so I wasn't shocked to find that like them these work better if covered. I put one on my back wear an athletic shirt I have a nice warmth. If I lay on my back on the bed it honestly feels like I have a heating pad under me. I have used the tiger balm gel pads and I liked them but they fell off this one is much more of a secure stickiness they are also fairly inexpensive which is a bonus. It is helping my pain. The drawback is they smell bad, almost musty, I don't care for it at all. It's not unpleasant enough discontinue usage but it's a fair bit rough.

I’ve had a shoulder issue for over a year now and this is the most relief I’ve felt, just after two patches in one day. I go to a chiropractor but the pain always returns afterwards. I’ll use it for a week and see what happens. It sticks to the skin and zero side effect. Very hot and lasts for more than 8 hours. It smells like medicine though but I don’t mind as long as I get relief.

The smell is pleasant which was surprising to me. Not too medicinal of a smell. They do work really well on my back and shoulder. My only issue is that they stick too well to the skin. They were a little hard to peel off and a little painful.

Nice size for the bursitis on my elbow. Stays on overnight even though I am a restless sleeper. Really does ease the pain and feels cool for an extended time. Worth the money. I use the balm as well on my shoulders but these are just handier.

These smell odd, not like normal tiger baum. They worked kind of but the most recent patch I used left a rash and welts on my back. The rash and welts didn't show up right away but when it did, it was in the same shape and place as the patch was. Also, I didn't wear the patch the entire recommended time, which is to say I didn't wear the patch past the recommended time either. I would love to return them but we didn't use them right away, so it is past the return window. I would like my money back to buy another product but that isn't going to happen. These are going in the trash.

Love the cooling effect and ease of use. Somewhat small and leaves behind some glue residue, but overall very effective.

Not as good as the other ones my daughter gave me. But they work for a shorter period of time.

Amazing product for pain. The only two downfalls on this product is…#1 the smell of it. I place it on my shoulders before work and about an hour later I begin to smell myself thinking I was musty. I shortly realized it was the patches. The second turn off is the residue that it leaves on you after taking it off however, it’s very easy to remove with a little body oil.
