Nice and sleek dock
Nice dock but one thing to note the usb c port only works with macbook not any other laptop.

Works good but need to keep the charger connected for best functioning
The product quality is good, has ample number of portsThe only catch is, when connected to charger, it works perfectly but when charger is not connected, we need to reconnect the type c connector to laptop in order to extend the screens post the laptop goes to sleep once

This product is not at all working, I have sent so many mails but no proper solution. Waste of money and time.

It’s a good product but with a catch!
It is a okay product!I purchased this to connect think pad laptop with 2 monitors. Problem with this device is every time you shutdown dual monitors will loose extended connection and get into duplicate mode. I had to remove cable and reconnect to get back extended screen. Else rest everything is good!Not sure if it’s same with everyone or depends on laptop!

Displays connected with this hub goes black screen when it's inactive. Otherwise, it's good!
It works well; dual display output is also good. But it sometimes goes black when it's inactive.I'm using it for keyboard, mouse, and display only, so not sure about the speed for the USB ports.But the cable length is very small, for this price they could've provided a higher length cable. (But that's how it is)
