This is a very good serum. It’s pretty strong so you will feel the tingling after applying. It’s a bit pricey for the amount of product.

I love using this! It is simple and it is quick because I am a busy person with lack of patience. It took me 5 uses to see my skin texture change but that is with every skincare, it takes time. Its gentle enough for me but there is a little redness after use so it is best used at night before bed, and it has a little sting with the active ingredients.

I have dry-combination skin . Sensitive dry cheeks, oily t-zone. I have used it 2-3 times a week for over a month. I'm mentioning this because the peel effected different parts of my face in different ways. I'm describing my experience and explaining why I think I got the result I did. This doesn't mean you will get the same results.First of all, this peel is meant for people with combination to oily skin. The problem is that it doesn't have enough salicylic acid in it. You see, salicylic acid is oil soluble. It goes deep down into the pore and cleans it out. The problem with SA is that it can be irritating and it can dry out people's skin. so instead of using SA, they are using gentler acids. Unfortunately, it hasn't done much for the pores on my t zone. I have sebaceous filaments, which are made of...oil. charcoal doesn't do anything, it's not a magnet and it does not suck up oil. I still have texture.I've seen better results with my dry cheeks. They aren't as rough. They are softer now. Unfortunately, because my skin is sensitive, I only exfoliate this part once or twice a week.This product is not for damaged skin barrier or very sensitive skin. If you are new to acid peels and have dry or sensitive skin I would suggest a different but similar product. It's one by Skin 1004 and has about half the acid in this product. Do a skin test first.If you have oily skin and don't have sensitive skin, I think you will be alright using this product. But you should definitely do a test first. Start with once a week first. Also, it will take a while before you see any results.If you are not new to acid peels, I don't know if you will find this product useful.So who would I recommend this to? Somebody with dry or normal skin, who has a healthy skin barrier. (Assuming there was no reaction from the patch test.)

I have sensitive skin and this product did not irritate my face after use! No burning or stinging, to my surprise because most products aggravate my skin. It did not however specify if it should be used on a damp face or dry face so I decided to do it dry since it’s a wash off product. The product is runny so I applied it to both cheeks and proceeded to rub it all over my face avoiding sensitive areas. I then washed it off with plain water after and my skin felt so smooth! All the dead skin was sloughed off and my face felt like a baby’s butt! I also applied a thick moisturizer just in case my face wanted to dry out and peel overnight. Good news, I did not wake up with dry flakey skin. I will continue to use this 1-2xs a week or as my skin tolerates! I would also avoid using this on the same nights you would use any retinoids as the two combined could cause adverse reactions to your skin!

Ok this stuff is VERY strong! It's a small vial of pitch black liquid with a dropper. It goes pretty runny on the face and starts working immediately on contact. It you have any breaks on your skin such as weeping acne or post-tretinoin peeling then don't use this product because it will burn. This is a no joke peel. You must follow instructions to the tee. Apply to clean face for one minute then rinse off thoroughly. I'm a tretinoin user of several years, therefore my skin peels every so often but overall I'm used to the treatment. This acid peel did burn quite a bit and after rinsing my face was temporarily reddened. I followed with several soothing serums and layered a few heavy creams on top. I woke up with a baby-butt soft plump skin. The peel removed the layer of dead skin on my face and allowed for my creams and serums to penetrate into the skin. The difference is huge. I wouldn't do this often though. Not even weekly. Maybe once or twice a month max. Not everyone would handle this product. I highly recommend doing a patch test on your arm before trying this on your face, especially if your skin is sensitive.
