A 110 % really delicious very low fat cheese. If you love cheese but want very low fat for a healthy choice or diet in my opinion these block cheeses are very tasty .

High protein, low fat, not much taste
This cheese has a strange waxy texture which is presumably due to the high protein/ low fat content. I chose the mature version but it wasn’t particularly tasty. Expensive at the price but I haven’t seen it in the shops for a good while
