Not satisfied
This scrubber looks good but performed poorly, it won't give you a good scrub, if you want something soft this might be for you, but if you love scrubbing hard and get the satisfaction of feeling extra clean this won't do for you. Had really high hopes for this one.

Not nice, too rough.
I didn't like it. The contact surface of the product is extremely rough and unpleasant, almost like sandpaper. Furthermore, it doesn't properly absorb liquid soap and therefore doesn't generate the desired soft, creamy lather.

Great product absolutely love it it makes my skin feel so clean and smooth.

At first it was a little strange to use but once I got used to it you get into a rhythem. It cleans the entire back without having anyone come and wash your back. I had my daughter on lotion on my back one day and she was shocked by how soft and " healthy " the skin looked and felt. The back scrubber seems tough and strong but when your using it it's actually soft on the skin. I would buy another one but I have a feeling you will be waiting a long time before I post that review. Built to last!

More suitable for a child than an adult. The picture is very misleading. I contacted the seller and they said it was a problem with a 3rd party and offered me a half refund. Had to reach out to Amazon to get it sorted.
