Perfect for the job.
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for and it works perfect. I used it first thing on 3 blades just to get a feel for it. Once I got the angle I wanted set on the first blade it was super easy just let the grinder do the work. I did find changing the angle to be a bit of a pain however once you have what you want I don't see what you need to change it again. One tip I will share is make sure every thing is tight. There is a bit of vibration from the grinding so its a good idea to check every thing after a few passes.

Great way to sharpen blades at home.
This thing is a huge time saver for sharpening lawnmower blades. It took longer to get the blades off my Spartan than it did to use the tool to sharpen them. Pay attention to the side you want to use to hold the grinder. I am right handed so I used the right side. The handle can be used with either side. The bushing clamps in place and a shaft from your grinder goes right in and hold it in place well. The articulating arm seems to hold up well with constant use. The degree path is five incrimenat snd needs to he a little finer but not a stop in useable for this tool. Good price for the quality. Can’t go wrong with sharp blades and this tool is quick setup and easy to use.

The fastest way to sharpen a mower blade but you have to play with the angle settings
So I've been sharpening my mower blades for years using bench grinders and a nail for balance. I recently heard about these new flapper wheel grinding disc style sharpeners, so I thought maybe I should move into this century, with technology. First I will say it's easy to assembly, functions as it's intended to and with its different anchor shafts, should fit most grinders on the market. I know it fit my new Metabo, that I bought for this task. You don't need a special grinder, just one that hold the flapper / sandpaper grinding discs. I wouldn't use standard grinding discs, as they might shatter and/ or cut too fast. This is about making multiple passes and losing as little metal as possible. In fact it's a lot easier to balance afterwards, versus with the grinder. So why 4 stars? The angle indentation markers it comes with don't seem to make sense. I set them for what the manufacturer of my blades tells me they are and this things angle adjustment seems to be nearly suggestions. I end up setting it and then making a fast pass, to see if it needs to be adjusted. Once set, it fairly straight forward. The arm holds the grinder at that angle and all you do is lift and glide it onto the blade and push straight through and lift at the end- repeat. Like I said, super easy to get balanced. Id say it cut down my sharpening times by half, from using a bench grinder. But here is the second caveat, it doesn't seem to be sharp enough. I recently cut my grass with these newly sharpened high-lift blades and found too many single strands for my liking. Even with my blades nearing the end of last season, previously being sharpened by a bench grinder, they still left my grass flush with maybe one or two stragglers. This years first cut wasn't as good. Maybe I need to practice more and see if it's me, but you can only make so many passes and fear heating the blade and making it brittle. Not good for a yard with a lot of hidden rocks. I'd say if you catch this on sale, already have a grinder and sandpaper flapper disc, then give it a shot. It's a 100% better than those things you attach to your drill and hope it doesn't blow apart with you sitting under a close deck.

Awesome tool! Best lawn mower blade sharpener period!!!
OMG! Where this little tool has been before I knew it about it? I found this little tool after I saw a post on a Facebook group about this tool, I’ve been using the RBG712 which if you know it is a heavy and bulky blade sharpener, we do lawn services for a living and sometime blades lost their sharp really soon and I was looking for something that I can have on our trailer to sharp the blades and I finally found it, not only it is going to be my trailer setup it is going to replace the heavy RBG I had at home I love this tool, just try different angles for your blade and try to go straight so you can have a nice blade angle, I wish they can make this a clamp instead of the screws I don’t want to have this tool all the time on my workbench but it makes sense to have it secure to avoid any injury, I used it with the clamp and it works good, love this tool! Highly recommend, looks nice, feels like a good quality materials, don’t think just buy it!

Easy consistent sharpening
Very happy with this jig, I sharpen my lawnmower blades every 3-4 mows to keep them sharp, the first time using I set the wrong angle and it took a lot of grinding to get the blades back to the correct angle overall, now that it's set it works like a charm, mounted to a piece of scrap 2x6 so I can keep it out of the way when not using and clamp the 2x6 to my table when I'm ready, blades are razor sharp, wish I had bought this before the bench grinder

Excellent jig for sharpening Blades
I used to do a horrible job sharpening my mower blades. I could never get the angle right. This jig works perfectly! I mounted it to a length of 2x6 and just clamp it to a table outside. It is really easy to set up and I use my cheap harbor Freight angle grinder. I have offered to sharpen my friend's blades as it's so easy and quick. I think it is worth every penny!!!

Good
The joints are a little loose but all an all it does a good job for a small valve of blade sharpening a year.
