It works for my PT Exercise needs
Needless to say, this strap is handy for exercises after Knee Replacements, and it's a STATIC Strap (doesn't stretch). I don't need the stretch component, so this is fit for my needs. Sturdy, has enough space to put over my foot easily, and I can grab and move according to the exercise.All in all, it is economical and I've also used it for doing the same exercises in the Pool (Aquatherapy), and it has lasted even with chlorine exposure (I rinse it out in the shower as I shower after exercising).So far, so good. No problems with any part of the strap itself.

Overall Decent Stretching Strap
When I received this strap, I liked that different exercises were on the outside of the box it came in. The strap is very sturdy and can handle a good tug. I have been using it to stretch before and after the gym. I have enjoyed using the strap. I recommend it for anyone going to the gym or undergoing physical therapy using these straps to do the exercises at home. I'm glad to have found it at a decent price for the great quality. I'll update after some more time of use but overall great.

Usable for rehab and general stretches
Loops are good sized, they fit over my feet. Material is strong enough to maintain tension and wide enough not to cut into skin. Used for a bit a rehab and continued flexibility.

Well made, smooth
A yoga strap was recommeded by my PT and I'm pleased. The strap is smooth, no roughness. Stirdy and works great. I've been using it for weeks now with no complaints.

Great for PT at home and on the go!
This is a great add to my surgery recovery. It definitely helps to stretch out my calves and allows me the versatility of continuing my PT at home. The different straps her to insure I have different stretches available. It also comes with a handy stretching guide. It rolls up fairly small and can be used for travel as well.

Easy and lightweight
Needed these last minute for a workout class and I really like the loop options for feet and hands. Durable and lightweight. Not soft but flexible.
