Works Better Than My $100 plus Machine
My most recent expensive name-brand sealer was giving me so much trouble, I saw this for under $20, and thought I'd try it out. Well, this WAOAW doesn't have all the bells and whistles, and is a bit difficult to open and close (i just use a towel to give my fingers more grip), but the important thing is that it vacuums like a champ. The vacuum acts very slowly, but the air gets sucked out fully. This is my 4th sealer, and i admit that they are all a bit touchy, with having to adjust the food so that the bag edges have some space for air to get out- food placement is important- but this one consistently is giving me a tight vacuum, unlike some of my automatic sealers where you just place the plastic into a narrow slot and the machine does everything for you. With the auto sealers, i'd often get imperfect vacuums, but the machine would seal the bag and i'd be out a bag. This one won't seal until you press down, so I've been able to open it, readjust the bag and try again. All in all, I feel I've spent a really good $20!

It is fine if you just need to vacuum seal something every ...
This works ok. It is fine if you just need to vacuum seal something every now and then, but if you plan on using it a lot, just spend the extra money to get a food saver. I have had mixed results with it. Just make sure that whatever you are sealing is dry and it will work ok. If you have any amount of moisture in it, it may or may not work. Hit or miss. I find that I have to pat dry my meat with a paper towel before sealing. I have not had good luck trying to seal anything like stew, or ground beef due to the fact that it sucks some of the moisture up and can't pull a good vacuum. In which case, it will just keep going and going. I have also had problems with the locking tab on one side. It closes easily but is too tight, and I can not release it by hand. I usually have to hit it with something to unlatch it.TLDR: It is ok for use occasionally, but not if you want to us it a lot.

Seems like a great product to me.
Have not used vacume yet will update.Seals thin plastic, does not require thick plastic or mylar to seal!!! Very happy so far. As far as i can tell, only having received it an hour ago, everything works better than exspected. My only gripe is about product design, it takes 3-5 seconds to seal one bag, this is not bad by any means, your just not going to be sweat shopping out a few thousand packages with this thing is all. For home use this is a great product.

Its okay
It vacuums and seals but there is no way to monitor how much in vacuums before it seals. There was still a lot of air in the bag when it was sealed.

Worth its price
Not the easiest thing to use. Works good most of the time. It's worth its price.

Great price with quality seal
It is a great product for $15!!!I have a stand up version of foodsaver and bought this to make partitions for small objects so i can save some bags. I does make a ‘thinner’ seal but it sealed the bag perfectly. It vacuum well but doesn’t seems to be as tight as the foodsaver machine. It’s a great plus for kitchen and it’s so compact. I will recommend this product to anyone.

Very temporary, doesn’t always work in the first try.
The suction doesn’t always work the way it should so the machine doesn’t want to seal often. I’ve tried many things. The thing that works the most was almost crushing the thing for it to finally seal tight. It makes some unleadent sounds when you do it though. I looked up a toutorisl on YouTube to see if i was doing something wrong. I found a few tutorials showing the piece catching on fire. I recommend buying something a little more efficient. If I could return it and buy a better option I would.
