Update to below: Company reached out to me regarding my issue and resolved the issue in a timely fashion. As stated the quality great I just had a batch issue I guess. Changes from 2-4 stars. Ordered these to support 3/8 glass panels on a custom job I did for a client. Units came a day apart and even though they are supposed to be the same the mounting section where the screws go into the wall( or in my case ceiling) are different on each. One came with a plate that had no way of attaching so I needed to silicone it and the second one came with screw caps. In the pic you'll see the first one with tape holding the cap till the silicone secured. Not sure if my customer is going to notice or be upset but I needed to get it done. Positive note these are heavy duty and look good
