Helps with general pains, constipation, and mood in advanced age
These are amino acids your body can't make. You MUST get them in the food you eat. If you are older, and either a picky eater, or you eat the same thing all the time, you're probably missing some of these nutrients. These are the building blocks for every protein synthesis in your body, even tissue repair. I feel these help with general pains like fibromyalgia, as it seems to provide 'lubrication' in all your muscles. Also provided digestive 'lubrication', so may help with IBS-C. Also helped to stabilize mood. It even lessened my back pain. It took 4-6 weeks to really notice a change, but it has been such a big difference, I will continue to use it from now on. Who knows? Maybe this is why we have all the advanced age changes- because we're not getting these later in life? Pay attention that the daily serving is 4 capsules. You can take 2 morning/2 evening. No side effects/ no drug interactions. Everybody needs these nutrients.

Wow! What a difference
I'm 72, and am super healthy, but my hair had gotten very thin and fly away. Hair supplements did nothing for me, so after doing my research, I decided to try an amino acid supplement, and chose this one. In a very short period of time, my hair seemed to get younger, stronger, have more body. And, I'm more energetic. I'm so pleased and think this one is an excellent value for the money.

Great Price & Recovery Support, But Not a Shortcut
Solid value for essential amino acids. I take them at night to support muscle recovery when the body needs them most, and I’ve noticed improvements in muscle development and overall recovery. That said, it’s not magic—proper nutrition and high-protein intake are necessary for anyone doing strength training. Most importantly, muscle stimulation is key—without it, supplements are a waste of money.
