N-Heptane High Purity Bestine Thinner - 100mL (3.3 Fl Oz)

i use this to clean sticker residue off of high end vintage video game cases. it works wonders without damaging the case of the game. you can use it on DVD cases too. it does work on cardboard cases but you have to be very careful and patient. it’s potent stuff.

It's a really good lab grade solvent. Great for removing labels and adhesive from glass or other surfaces. No Residue left behind in my evaporation test, and it evaporated very quickly.

I saw a video about using this stuff to remove stamps from envelopes and stuck on labels. It works terrific. Just a drop or two on the back of the stamp paper and it peels off ready to be reused. No more soaking, freezing, steaming. This will be a lifetime supply I'm sure.

Perfect for prepping "unglue-able" plastic (PE, PP) for glueing with cyanoacrylate adhesives.

Inherit some old family photo albums? This solvent helped release most photos but not all ,from those self stick albums. Used plastic 3ml pipettes to squirt solvent behind the photo, about 1ml at a time. The solvent also broke the bonds of masking tape and transparent tape. Did not soften the bonding of white glue, mucilage, or paste.

Heptane seems to be the same as Bestine, which is a rubber cement. Works well as a degreaser of small parts.

Works great for rejuvinating dried up rubber contact cement.
