So easy to use, pop ice cubes in, through the opening reasonably sized opening, replace the secure screw top. The retaining fabric is quite supple so wraps over the area you want to cook really effectively and protects against the shock of cold whilst the area becomes acclimatised. This was a god send following my husband's total knee replacement.

The ice pack is smaller than I expected and if I ordered another I would go for the largest size. The design and quality of the unit is fine.

Bought this after having knee replacement surgery & swelling really bad. Gave great long lasting relief. Had the long freezer packs that go inside a Velcro sleeve but they do not stay cold for very long. Once frozen this gave many hours of relief & help me continue with physio

Could not be more pleased. I actually filled it with frozen peas, keep it in the freezer and use it most days. Excellent product.

Wish I'd got the bigger size

I bought this product and couldn’t be happier with it, just fill up with ice and water and it’s ready or fill with water and leave in the fridge, works great. It stays cold for such a long time, definitely worth buying

Have used it a couple of times as it's squidgy , it nuzzles down ant fits where you want it......

It doesn’t leak, it’s perfect for headaches and the back of the neck. It’s not super cold when the ice is in there, it holds a good amount of ice. The picture shows the size compared to a Kleenex box. Highly recommend!
