It has a high amount of protein and low sugar and therefore makes a great snack!

Lovely bar but opened and some removed.
Product arrived opened and one bar taken out, only 11 out of the 12. Other boxes were fine.

Again amazon when these were delivered they were melted! Not thought given to storage during transit. Product itself is great
