Defective product
I like this moisturiser but the one I received had a loose lid (even though packaging was in tact), which meant that the moisturiser had gone all grainy / had gone off. There is obviously something wrong in the manufacturing process and I’d like a replacement.

Found this product at a local department store about 8 months ago. Loved it! I originally purchased other items, from another company, and was given samples of this moisturizer. AMAZING, REMARKABLE difference in my skin tone. When I went back to purchase it, the quoted price was in excess of $500.00. Too pricy for my wallet - not that the price on Amazon was inexpensive, but it was less than half of the department store. Use it every day, and the results are undeniable.
