Great item easy to fit

The installation was a little bit finicky because the cables connecting to the fuse box were barely long enough. I was finally able to connect them to the fuse box and the ground but it took some time and cable management. The USB-C cable from the power supply to the dash cam was also just long enough with not much to spare. The instructions were clear to get the job done, although I would have liked an installation manual on paper.

Hardwire worked great just check if your dash camera has parking mode or not. If your dash camera doesn’t have a parking mode do not bother purchasing as it will not make a difference you are better off keeping the cigarette lighter cable or use an obd hardwire kit for simplicity and easy installation if you don’t want to use your cigarette light port.

Spent all afternoon trying to install this and then found out that it doesn’t work properly. Very annoying. I’ve returned it for a refund do not buy this product it is rubbish!

Unfortunately it seems from other reviews, and my own usage, that the quality control on these may be a bit lacking. Having wired this up for a couple of weeks now, unfortunately the battery cutoff doesn't seem to actually work. Twice now I've had it drain the battery all the way down to 10v and nearly destroy it resulting in having to charge the battery on a quality recondition cycle to bring it back to life. Everything is connected as per instructions and tested with multimeter etc to be sure. The kit itself comes with a good selection of pins for the piggyback connectors allowing usage on different sizes of fuse boards. The Renault this was installed in uses one of the smaller sizes and this worked just great. The included straps are handy for any excess wires etc as well as the clips. The pry tool is ok and does the job it's meant to. Some additional clips with sticky backs were included but I didn't need them for my usage. The USB C connector strain relief is a little inflexible, I did find that a minor issue for my usage due to screen angle, camera height etc. This is one of those situations where the issue is a bit specific to the car in question but do be aware of this possibility. The kit is generally good, but you may need to test yours to make sure there are no quality issues.

Hab sie für unsere beiden Autos benötigt um die dashcams zu installieren Hatte davor von anderen Herstellern so ein set bestellt die aber wieder zurück gingen weil die schlecht verarbeitet waren Aber mit denen macht man nichts verkehrt

Very nice kit. Easy to install and works well. Plenty of fuses to suit the fuse sizes in your fuse box. The only minus is that there were not instructions and the QR-code didn't work so you need to find instructions at your own on Youtube.
