It is shaky at certain angles when extended. You can use it as handheld without the long handle.

Don’t know but I haven’t stopped it from spinning with all the force I’ve put on it.

Hello yes there is a small black plastic piece on the connector extending pole you have to move it to one side, then you can extend it.
