Worth the money and nice set
This is a nice set of resistance band which has different strenght. Love the color where they used different tone of pink which differentiates the strenghts. It comes with a bag very easy to store and carry everywhere. The bands are very tough and it feels really good with the resistance for my everyday exercise. Good quality.

Bands
I love the band and the color match my other gym equipment, which is exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the range of resistance that is written on them so you have an idea of how much resistance is being applied. I wish there was an even thicker band to help with pull-ups, but I just loop multiple bands together and use it that way and I guess that also just depends on the customers body type and size if they need more than what is given.

4 strong resistance bands
This set of resistance bands come with 4 different resistance level bands. The thickest (largest resistance) band says 35-85 lbs which is a bit of a wide range and was confusing to me. I just ignored this and used the band that seemed to be the right amount of resistance for whatever workout I was doing. I especially like using it for pullup assistance. It allows me to do about twice as many pullups as without the bands. Resistance bands have lots of uses and the product comes with a poster giving you tons of ideas. The bag that comes with it is nice for organization. I have not used them long enough to comment on how sturdy they are over time, but they seems sturdy to me.
