Have looked many years for long lasting, comfortable, over the calf, cotton, tube type sock. Never had very good luck finding that until we ran across this sock.These socks feel good on my feet and legs. I have yet to wear a heel out on a pair. The material is comfortable (not a fan of socks made primarily of polyester). Like where they come up to on my calves. Been wearing the 10-15 size sock (size 12 shoes) and am happy with the sizing.Never pay any attention to toe seam direction when I put them on, the seam at the toes has never bothered me. No problem with shrinking during washing/drying.My wife will probably never let me wear these with a suit and dress shoes, but for working on the farm and playing there and everywhere else, these are the perfect socks for me.

They are amazing for men who work all day on their feet.

I ordered these to try and replace some calf-length grey socks I have worn out. Result: okay, not great. These socks are long enough (easily come up almost to my knees) - good. They're big enough (good), but almost too big (not so good; I'm hoping that after a couple washes, they'll shrink just a bit, else they may get loose on my feet). They're not as thick and the material feels less 'full' (not good). They weren't super-expensive (good). So overall, 4 stars, with 5 for value. I'll use them, but I'm still seeking ones that are the same as what I had before....

Not well made! Very thin material. Would not stay up with a pair of shoes on.

they are wide but not extra wide. does not work for EEE foot for sure.

Socks are good quality, truly sized and reasonably priced. :-)

Was starting to have trouble with colored socks, went back to white and my feet are clearing up. I like the softness of these cotton socks .

Like the length quality is lacking especially for the price these are $1 a pair socks no more. Want knowingly buy again
