Update: a few weeks after receiving this amazing device my display stopped working (backlight visible but no text or images on the screen). Cielo Support helped immediately via phone and sent me a new one after I sent over a video showing the issue and my receipt. Support is just as good as other reviewers mention, super solid. Love this thing and the company stands behind it! Works amazingly with Mitsubishi mini split in Comfy Max mode. This is exactly what I wanted. I set a schedule to start Comfy Max at a certain time (work hours for my home office). I created a second schedule to turn off at end of my workday. This keeps the temperature constantly updated to match actual conditions in the room instead of failing behind and then blasting me with high fan cold air for long periods like the Sensibo did. The room stays much closer to the desired temperature with this thermostat. The indoor unit stays powered on, so the wear and tear to the Mitsubishi is minimized. For setup, the app just had me point the Mitsubishi remote at the thermostat and hit the power button. Everything so far has just worked from there, including the fan louvres some people said needed adjustment afterwards. It’s saving energy, keeping me more comfortable. It looks good and setup was simple. I couldn’t be happier! LOVE this thing.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase! I couldn't believe the Mitsubishi mini split I had installed last year didn't have built-in WiFi capability. For that, they make you buy an optional module costing about $180! When I read the reviews, however, there were so many unhappy customers -- it didn't work reliably, it doesn't work with 5GHz WiFi, etc. etc. I really needed the ability to operate the unit remotely and did some search and found this clever device. Clever I say because this doesn't require any hard wiring and it would work with any mini split with remote control. Simply utilizing the IR remote functions of the unit, you can have WiFi remote control!!! Installation was a "Breez" and everything is working flawlessly. I am beyond ecstatic!

This is a fantastic product. It is easy to set up including pairing it with your mini split remote, connecting the unit to your wifi, and installing the app. The controls on both the unit and the app are intuitive and easy to use. I have not tried scheduling the unit itself. By way of back ground I have used Nest thermostats in the past and current have Honeywell wifi connected thermostats in one house and Bryant Evolution wifi thermostats in our vacation house. The Breez is their equal. I had one minor glitch while setting the Breez Max up. When I set up my account, my iPhone did not automatically save the strong password it generated. This might have been my fault. I tried to log in and reset it in the typical way only to find that the website (this might have changed) did not offer a reset password option. I took a chance and called customer service. To my amazement a human answered on the 3rd or 4th ring and sent me a reset password email. One other comment. The typical remote for a mini split has an impossible to understand set of buttons. This thermostat allows you to never use the remote again. Finally, having bought one unit, I immediately bought a second for a mini split at our vacation house as did a friend I recommended the product too.

I bought these units for for both my home and a rental property. I love the control it enables remotely through wifi. I found the temperature and humidity readings are accurate as well. It is nice to either have the ability to use the remote control or control the mini-split with the Cielo's screen, or your phone, obviously. One of my mini-splits may have been older and the Cielo wouldn't accept the remote's programming (also out of the country). Erik in customer support was extremely helpful and found an internal company setting that would enable the functionality. He stayed on the line to ensure every setting on the Cielo controlled the mini-split correctly. Even calling me back a few days later to see if I had any other issues! A++ Another best part, is I haven't experienced a wait for customer service yet, very rare nowadays... I like the Comfy feature the best, it allows the ability to turn off/on (completely power down) the unit at set temperatures (one mini-split runs its fan even though the compressor is not cooling). Comfy Max is similar, but works much like your thermostat on an HVAC system, heat when below a set point and cool above a set point, but does have the ability to set humidity levels. The Cielo Max also allows for IFTTT, which I plan to incorporate at the rental property so when a door is left open beyond a certain time, the unit will power down, saving me money not cooling the outdoors! Erik said please call back when I get ready to install the door sensors and program Cielo. The best part is this feature is not subscription based, which is what I found with other controllers I looked at. Now, to my understanding, the company that owns IFTTT may have charges for greater than a few sensors or for a faster reaction time, but I'll review all that when I set it up. At night you can control the screen, leaving the backlight for a nice night light. Or off in the bedroom. Completely a 5 star product and customer service!

I don’t often take the time to review but after 2 days of trying to connect another leading brand I decided to try the Cielo Breez Max. The result was fantastic! App setup was a breeze and the connection to my split systems happened in less than a minute. This device deserves the number one spot of brands in my opinion!

C'est un excellent appareil, qui fonctionne très bien avec l'application Cielo Home et la liaison avec Alexa. Super service à la clientèle (je n'ai jamais vu ça autant de rapidité et de compétences à la fois) pour vous aider à finaliser votre configuration personnelle en fonction de vos besoin spécifiques. Sinon, l'installation peut très bien se faire sans aide, les contrôleurs (télécommandes AC) étant détectés rapidement. Je recommande ce Breez Max sans hésiter!

Excelente producto, venía por defecto en grados Fahrenheit pero con ayuda de soporte pudimos cambiarlo en 2 min. Funciona a la perfección con mi Mirage Magnum 22

No funcionó con la configuracion qué tenia el termostato. Escribí al servicio técnico y me lo solucionaron de inmediato. La marca de mi AC ni la.conocian, me hicieron unas preguntas y lo arreglaron. La verdad no me lo esperaba. Y el servicio al cliente fue excepcional.

Fonctionne parfaitement, controle ma thermopompe murale comme prévu.

Appareil très simple d'utilisation , avec plein d'option avec l'application, avec un service à la clientèle super efficace et compétent.
